How far in advance should I reach out?
At least 2–3 weeks gives us time to scope your project properly and get you fully prepared before we start. The more ready you are, the smoother the build.
What do I need to have ready?
Your logo, brand colours and fonts, photography, written copy for each page, and any design inspiration you want to share. I'll send you a full preparation guide once you book. Domain and heyCEOflow account access also needed... I can help you get set up if you're new to the platform.
Do I need a heyCEOflow account already?
No worries... you'll set one up at checkout alongside your build fee. heyCEOflow is $97/month and gives you access to the full HighLevel-powered platform. I'll make sure everything is configured correctly from day one so you're not fumbling around trying to figure it out yourself.
Can I add booking, courses, funnels or other functionality?
Absolutely. heyCEOflow handles all of it: booking systems, online courses, memberships, sales pages, email automations and more. Just flag what you need when we chat and we'll scope it together.
What does it cost to maintain after launch?
Your site runs inside heyCEOflow, which is $97/month or $297/month depending on the option you choose... and that's not just hosting. That's your entire business platform: website, CRM, booking, emails, payments, funnels and more. All in one place. You'll set this up at checkout alongside your build fee, so you're ready to go from day one. heyCEOflow is powered by HighLevel, the platform behind hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide, so you're on solid infrastructure.
If you decide to use LC Email and LC Phone with your account, there's a small cost involved (Text message charge is $0.0198 per segment and Email is $0.0017 per email). Your monthly subscription includes $60 credit which will cover approximately 35,290 emails or 3030 segments of text. There are other optional integrations that may incur costs should you wish to use them such as the AI functionality but these are also super affordable (like email and texts) . You can connect to your own email SMTP service for emails or your Twilio account for texts should you not want to use the built in provider. Purchasing a website address (domain name) and a business email account also happens independently of heyCEOflow.
Do you offer refunds?
Your payment secures your project slot. I hold that time exclusively for you and decline other work during your build. For that reason, bookings are non-refundable from the time of payment. In 600+ builds, I've never had a client who wasn't thrilled with the result. I intend to keep that record intact.
