If you decide to use LC Email and LC Phone with your account, there's a small cost involved (Text message charge is $0.0198 per segment and Email is $0.0017 per email). Your monthly subscription includes $60 credit which will cover approximately 35,290 emails or 3030 segments of text. There are other optional integrations that may incur costs should you wish to use them such as the AI functionality but these are also super affordable (like email and texts) . You can connect to your own email SMTP service for emails or your Twilio account for texts should you not want to use the built in provider. Purchasing a website address (domain name) and a business email account also happens independently of heyCEOflow.

Your payment secures your project slot. I hold that time exclusively for you and decline other work during your build. For that reason, bookings are non-refundable from the time of payment. In 600+ builds, I've never had a client who wasn't thrilled with the result. I intend to keep that record intact.
