If a previous developer set up your domain and hosting, request the details from them. Otherwise send me the logins for wherever you bought your domain and hosting and I'll find what I need. No hosting yet? I'll sort that.

Yes. Just flag it when we chat and we'll scope it together, some add-ons carry an extra cost and I'll always be upfront about it.

Short answer, yes, and it's how I run every build. A professional WordPress site needs hosting, up-to-date plugin and theme licences, and regular security updates to stay fast and safe. The Care Plan covers all of that, plus backups and me on hand, so you never have to think about it. It's optional at checkout, but it's the option I'd choose every time. Prefer to self-manage? You'll need your own suitable hosting and either a Plugin Pass for the licensing or your own licences, and you take on the updates and security. Up to three rounds. Most clients make only tiny tweaks, once or twice, because I aim to get it right the first time.

Your payment secures your slot and I turn down other work to hold that time for you, so bookings are non-refundable from the time of payment. In 800+ builds I've never had a client who wasn't thrilled, and I intend to keep it that way.

You can always reach out, but I'm often booked 2 to 3 months ahead and mid-build, so I can't always jump straight on it, and I'll need to invoice for my time (ad-hoc work starts at $170/hr). Your Website Owner's Manual has everything you need to keep things running yourself too.
